Leadership
Leadership at Our Lord's is shared by three groups.
Elders are given responsibility of the spiritual oversight of the church. The elder board consists of six elected elders who serve for five years as well as the Pastor who serves as the president.
Deacons The deacon board consists of six elected deacons who serve for a five year term.
Together the elders and deacons serve as the Consistory.
Staff maintain the day to day ministry and administration of the church.
